Description

You will join a team responsible for modernizing IT solutions across all layers of the system and maintaining the agreed architectural guidelines. The role includes designing systems, making architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and supporting the growth of less experienced developers.

Responsibilities

• Modernize IT solutions across all system layers

• Design modernized systems and their components

• Ensure solutions comply with the established architectural guidelines

• Support architects in solution design and defining technical standards

• Prepare post-deployment reviews

• Deliver knowledge work according to schedule and agreed quality standards

• Verify code quality produced by other developers

• Lead code reviews and promote software engineering best practices

• Share knowledge with the team

• Organize internal presentations and training

• Mentor less experienced developers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Python development experience

• Advanced knowledge of Python, design patterns, and architectural patterns

• Experience implementing applications using Clean Architecture

• Very good knowledge of Django and Flask

• Experience designing and building APIs with DRF, FastAPI, or Falcon

• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and optimization for large databases

• Experience with application testing tools and creating test strategies

• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture

• Knowledge of application security topics

• Deep experience with Django Wagtail CMS and advanced Django Admin for complex data

• Practical experience with asynchronous messaging using RabbitMQ and Redis

• Experience designing distributed system architecture

• Strong Elasticsearch experience including search mechanism optimization

• Knowledge of RDF technologies and ability to use Jena Fuseki for RDF data processing

• Experience analyzing and visualizing data with Metabase

• Advanced Git knowledge and CI/CD processes

• Experience administering HTTP servers such as Nginx and optimizing their configuration

• Ability to coordinate work and support less experienced team members

• Analytical thinking and capability to make architectural decisions

• Practical experience building complex systems using Domain-Driven Design and hexagonal architecture

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence

• Willingness to take a required in-person test in Warsaw
