Senior Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js)

CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN POLANDWe're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a team building modern web applications. This role combines frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and best engineering practices.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack web applications.Build modern UIs using React and Chakra UI.Develop backend services with Node.js, Fastify, and NestJS.Design and implement REST APIs.Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams.Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.Support CI/CD processes and software delivery.RequirementsCommercial experience as a Full Stack Developer (minimum 7 years of experience).Strong knowledge of:TypeScript, JavaScriptHTML5, CSS3, SassReact, Chakra UINode.jsFastify and/or NestJSExperience designing and consuming REST APIs.Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools.Hands-on experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.Experience with CI/CD pipelines.Nice to HaveExperience with AI tools (Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, etc.).Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB.OIDC / SSO authentication.Python and basic Linux knowledge.Active GitHub profile or technical portfolio.Our OfferMedicover private healthcare.Multisport card.Group life insurance.
