Description

Join a team building high-performance financial systems where low latency, reliability, and correctness are critical. The project involves real-time processing of sensitive financial data in a microservices architecture with distributed streaming pipelines. You’ll work across Rust service development, event processing, performance optimization, and support for system architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-latency services in Rust

• Implement reliable and testable business logic

• Build and maintain real-time data pipelines

• Process events and implement feedback loop mechanisms

• Profile and optimize performance (CPU, memory, network)

• Collaborate on API design, data models, and overall system architecture

• Support key technical decisions within the team

Requirements

• Experience with Rust in high-performance systems (real-time, high-throughput, production-level)

• Ability to design efficient data structures and work with memory management and correctness

• Practical experience building streaming systems with time-based logic and handling edge cases

• Experience with AWS (or another cloud), Terraform, and Docker

• Experience building high-performance production services

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems

• Very good communication skills

• English proficiency (minimum B2)
