Description

Own and drive the strategic development of M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio (and possibly other AI platforms), defining the target vision, use cases, and roadmap with end-to-end lifecycle responsibility. Evaluate and prioritize submitted use cases for business value, feasibility, effort, and costs. Ensure integration into core business processes and the internal data/application landscape while meeting banking regulatory requirements for information security, privacy, and AI governance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically steer and further develop M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio (and possibly other AI platforms), including target vision, use case scenarios, and roadmap
  • Assess submitted use cases with the internal team, focusing on feasibility, effort, and costs
  • Ensure business value through prioritization and steering of relevant use cases
  • Own the strategic platform development end-to-end across the full lifecycle, including assessment, prioritization, and classification of new features and releases
  • Ensure Copilot integration into central business processes; drive adoption and sustainable use
  • Integrate Copilot into the internal data and application landscape
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (especially information security, data protection, and AI governance)
  • Serve as the central interface between Business, IT, and Governance functions

Requirements

  • Multi-year experience in a steering role (e.g., application ownership, product management, or platform steering) for business-critical applications
  • Solid Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, especially M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, with relevant certifications (Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio)
  • Strong knowledge of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including evaluation of different model classes (e.g., GPT-based models, Claude, or comparable enterprise LLMs) regarding deployment potential, governance implications, and risks
  • Experience with agent-based solutions and AI workflows (e.g., Copilot Studio), particularly from an integration and application perspective
  • Good understanding of banking regulatory requirements, especially information security, data protection, and AI governance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; confident presence, high reliability, and strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Very good German and English (written and spoken)
