Description

You will combine theory from FH Münster with practical experience in application development, building software solutions for banks. The program includes web application development, optimizing IT systems for scalability and security, testing and fixing defects, and performance tuning. You will also gain experience with databases, cloud platforms, security concepts, and the use of AI tools in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize IT systems and scalable, secure solutions
• Build web applications and design user-friendly frontends
• Test applications, fix bugs, and improve performance
• Work with databases, cloud platforms, and security concepts
• Collaborate in agile teams on modern software development, testing, and cloud topics
• Use current tools and methods such as version control and automated testing
• Use AI tools to interpret data and implement innovative solutions
• Participate in onboarding weeks, team trainings, seminars, talks, hackathons, and workshops

Requirements

• General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or Fachhochschulreife (completed or expected)
• Strong interest in software development and IT topics
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills
• Strong logical and analytical thinking
• Teamwork mindset and enjoyment of working collaboratively
