Description

This dual, interdisciplinary Bachelor’s program connects theory and practice with a strong emphasis on sustainability. In the classroom, you cover topics such as management fundamentals, circular economy, sustainable finance, and sustainability reporting. In practice, you develop solution approaches for sustainable business models and support efforts to make products and operations more sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Develop solution approaches for sustainable business models considering economic, ecological, and social values
• Support product sustainability initiatives
• Enable circular economy topics to optimize and minimize resource use
• Plan and organize sustainable supply-chain processes (Purchasing & Logistics)
• Drive economic success with ecological and social value in Marketing & Sales
• Work on communication for the sustainability strategy and sustainability reporting
• Support Controlling and Finance, including financing of ESG topics
• Additional rotations in integrity and law

Requirements

• General or subject-focused higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or University of Applied Sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) with good to very good grades; especially strong in Mathematics
• Strong interest in business administration topics and enthusiasm for new IT technologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong independent working style and logical-analytical thinking
