Description

You will work closely with business experts and the IT backend team to further develop and ensure the stable operation of the SAP leasing solution (LISA). The role includes active optimization of LISA systems, project coordination with business stakeholders, and end-to-end responsibility for IT tasks (structured implementation and testing, prioritization of critical items). Over time, you will take over the leadership of a development team of about 10 employees.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business experts and the IT backend team

• Develop further and ensure stable operation of the SAP leasing solution (LISA)

• Actively contribute to and optimize LISA systems

• Coordinate projects and align with business departments

• Monitor ongoing topics and prioritize critical tasks

• Ensure structured delivery and testing of assigned work

• Own IT tasks end-to-end within projects

• In the future: lead an engineering team (~10 employees)

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification

• Several years of solid experience in SAP development

• Very good knowledge of ABAP OO

• Familiarity with agile and/or classical delivery models

• Motivation to assume leadership responsibility and continue development

• Very good German (C1) and good English (B2)

• Nice-to-have: Experience in S/4HANA environments

• Nice-to-have: Exposure to AI-supported ABAP development

• Nice-to-have: Business knowledge, ideally in leasing or financial services

• Nice-to-have: Initial experience in functional leadership or coordinating development teams
