We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of a complex solution integrating mobile software with specialized physical hardware. This hands-on role focuses on exploratory testing, deep regression cycles, and verifying overall system stability across Android-based platforms, with potential responsibility as a QA representative in technical and functional discussions with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute rigorous manual, exploratory, and regression testing across Android applications, specialized devices, and integrated hardware components.
• Validate cross-component interactions, verify software builds, and perform version-to-version compatibility checks.
• Clearly document, classify, and track bugs with precise reproduction steps to streamline resolution with engineering teams.
• Evaluate manual test suites to identify high-value candidates for future test automation.
• Partner with cross-functional development teams and represent quality standards in discussions with business partners.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level background in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on manual testing methodologies.
• Extensive experience testing Android applications, mobile operating systems, or connected physical devices.
• Advanced exploratory testing skills, structured regression execution, and compatibility validation.
• Exceptional bug reporting and test documentation capabilities.
• High level of autonomy, strong prioritization abilities, and clear communication suitable for business-facing discussions.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Exposure to Kotlin and Appium.
• Prior experience supporting or transitioning manual test cases into automated pipelines.
