Description

Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for cloud-based data solutions. Build reusable and configurable Python modules and work hands-on with AWS services (Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Step Functions, Lambda). Troubleshoot complex pipeline issues, support platform changes and migrations, and ensure code quality with testing and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Build reusable and configurable Python modules
• Work hands-on with AWS: Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Step Functions, Lambda
• Troubleshoot complex pipeline issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Support data platform changes, migrations, and testing
• Follow best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, and version control
• Collaborate with an international team in an agile environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Data Engineering
• Strong Python skills, including pandas and OOP
• Solid experience designing and maintaining data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and Lambda
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience working in Agile and international/distributed teams
