Description

The project involves development and transformation of the data and reporting environment for the fraud prevention area, delivered as part of a large organizational transformation program aimed at more effective detection of irregularities and faster, more reliable access to decision-support information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and business processes
• Create analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation
• Model business processes in UML and BPMN notations
• Analyze large volumes of data for project work and testing
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test results
• Participate in development and transformation projects for the data and reporting environment

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL enabling independent data analysis
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis in the area of data, data warehouses, or BI
• Experience preparing analytical documentation and requirements specifications
• Experience preparing test scenarios and test cases
• Analytical thinking and ability to model business processes
• Ability to directly collaborate with business users
• Practical knowledge of business process modeling in UML and BPMN
• Ability to work with large data volumes
• Preferred: knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims handling/benefits or policy systems processes
• Preferred: experience in data warehouse projects, data migrations, or redesign of data architecture
• Preferred: SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros)
