Quick Facts Lead Analyst focused on high-visibility analytics for Scores Operations, protecting and maximizing revenue as reporting scope expands. Description Own royalty and revenue recognition analysis across CRAs and new partners, and strengthen/automate quality checks and reconciliations to protect reporting accuracy across revenue streams. Standardize analytical approaches and documentation so methods scale, while working cross-collaboratively with Finance and Technology stakeholders to deliver reporting and insights. Refine the Scoring Operations ETLA (Extract, Transform, Load, and Analyze) process, decide how insights are delivered (dashboards, reports, ad hoc recommendations), and lead ad-hoc analyses with discretion. Responsibilities - Own royalty and revenue recognition analysis across CRAs and new partners - Strengthen and automate quality checks and reconciliations for reporting accuracy - Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Technology, leadership) to deliver reporting/analysis initiatives - Respond to internal demands for data, reporting, and insights - Contribute senior expertise in data extraction, management, and pipelining - Standardize analytical approaches and improve Scoring Operations ETLA process - Decide how analysis gets delivered (dashboards, reports, ad hoc recommendations) - Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses and handle confidential information Requirements - Proven work experience in finance/fintech/banking with familiarity working with financial data and bureau data - Track record in analytical/business intelligence work; ability to pull, develop, and articulate insights from complex/ambiguous data - Significant expertise with active data extraction and data management; ability to guide others - Strong hands-on technical skills: SQL, Snowflake, Python, advanced Excel, and BI/data visualization tools such as Tableau - Senior-level expertise with ETLA processes, including writing queries and owning/managing data - Inquisitive, detail-oriented mindset for researching/analyzing large datasets and surfacing trends/anomalies; review contracts for terms/pricing affecting revenue reporting - Strong critical thinking and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven experience owning complex, ambiguous analysis independently - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience considered) Benefits - Inclusive culture reflecting core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers, Earn the Respect of Others - Opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally - Highly competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs - People-first work environment with work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events - Targeted base pay range: $84,000 to $132,000
