Lead SAP FICO Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage key business users to gather requirements.
• Assess business needs and plan solution design.
• Participate in business workshops and conduct Fit-to-Standard analysis.
• Configure and tailor functionality to customer business and industry requirements.
• Develop project documentation and training materials for business application users.
• Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 3 complete lifecycle implementations.
• Strong experience integrating finance with SD, MM and WM.
• Understanding of Payroll integration with finance processes.
• Proficiency in financial accounting and controlling configuration, including bank accounting, cash management and asset management.
• Experience configuring Project Systems and project accounting.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for finance transformation and value delivery.
• Interest in contributing to the finance team and SAP practice strategy.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
