Description

We are seeking skilled QA Test Automation Experts with strong testing fundamentals and the ability to automate test cases. The ideal candidate combines manual testing with automation, executes detailed functional and user-experience testing, and maintains high standards for both visual and functional feature quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily functional and regression testing.

• Plan, document, and execute comprehensive test cases, test plans, and strategies.

• Identify, reproduce, and report on detailed bugs and feature-related issues.

• Analyze test coverage, track progress, and communicate results effectively.

• Automate manual test cases using Swift-based frameworks such as XCTest and XCUI (or other server-side frameworks).

• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure feature quality and user experience.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail for visual and functional quality.

Requirements

• Swift + XCUITest automation experience

• Server-side testing experience

• Background in manual QA testing and familiarity with structured testing methodologies

• Ability to implement automation scripts (Swift programming is “nice to have”)

• Familiarity with Unix/shell scripting and Python for enhancing test workflows

• Strong emphasis on user experience, functional accuracy, and effective issue triage

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments

Server-side / API qualifications

• Experience with test automation frameworks for API testing & backend services

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites

• Validate request/response payloads, headers, authentication, and error handling

• Analyze server logs and debug backend issues with query parameters

• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

• Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with contract testing for server-side systems

• Knowledge of Docker & microservices architecture (nice to have)

• Security testing knowledge (API security best practices)
