Responsibilities

• Finance Transformation Leadership: Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives across various business units and regions.
• Solution Expertise: Serve as the SAP FICO SME, providing deep expertise in multiple finance areas.
• Business Process Transformation: Transform finance processes, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage executive leadership to align finance solutions with business objectives.
• Program Delivery: Oversee project phases, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various SAP teams to ensure integrated business processes.

Requirements

• 25+ years of experience in SAP Finance & large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• Deep knowledge of Group Reporting, Revenue Recognition, and Treasury.
• Experience in defining finance transformation roadmaps and governance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.
