Description

The consultant will join the Bygg IKT architecture team with special responsibility for tracking, localization and sensor solutions.

The consultant must be able to lead a group of specialists with different specializations toward common goals, based on defined workstreams and corresponding deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Act as architect in relevant sub-projects related to tracking, localization and sensor solutions within the ICT portfolio for HSØ’s construction projects in Oslo
• Act as specialist/fagressurs within tracking, localization and sensor solutions
• Participate as architect in other relevant projects in the Bygg IKT portfolio
• Document and standardize solutions
• Provide technical subject-matter support across projects in Sykehusbygg, Sykehuspartner and the health enterprises
• Prepare decision memos (saksfremlegg) and presentations for decision-making
• Contribute to architecture clarifications and dependencies across projects in the regional ICT project portfolio
• Additionally, for tracking-related scope, contribute to architecture work for other deliveries to the construction projects

Requirements

• Documented experience as an architect in large healthcare sector projects (logistics, data capture and tracking architecture): minimum 5 years
• Documented experience as an architect within tracking and localization: minimum 5 years
• Documented experience and competence in standardization (GS1 and ISBT128) and data/document sharing (HL7 FHIR / IHE XDS) in healthcare: minimum 5 years
• Experience using Bizzdesign Enterprise Architect or equivalent tools
• TOGAF certification
• Ability to lead a group of specialists toward common goals
• Structured, systematic and independent working style
• Proactive, solution-oriented and strong delivery focus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
