Description

Design and build new intelligent capabilities of the platform, including AI-driven workflows. Develop and maintain infrastructure, shared libraries, and tooling that support engineering teams, and drive platform adoption by attracting new teams. Work holistically across the stack, solve complex technical challenges, and improve engineering excellence through automation, testing, and observability.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build new intelligent platform capabilities (including AI-driven workflows)
  • Write RFCs/ADRs and drive technical consensus
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure, shared libraries, and tooling
  • Drive platform adoption by attracting new teams
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, programme, and engineering stakeholders to deliver cross-functional solutions
  • Promote engineering excellence through advanced engineering practices, automation, testing, and observability

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade infrastructure and/or applications
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Infrastructure-as-code and networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, ingress)
  • Strong expertise in system design and full-stack development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from concept to production
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical growth
  • Holistic mindset focused on reliability, performance, developer experience, and long-term impact
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude focused on delivering meaningful value
  • Based in or near Kraków; ~60% of the week collaborating on-site
