Description

Proactively define technology, application, integration, and data standards for an assigned business domain in alignment with enterprise principles. Collaborate with business leaders and Digital teams to identify opportunities, select market tools, and translate operational needs into technology roadmaps. Create target architectures and transformation roadmaps with emphasis on application simplification and cost optimization, while evaluating digital initiatives for architectural fit, scalability, and integration compatibility.

Responsibilities

  • Define technology, application, integration, and data standards for your assigned business domain in alignment with enterprise principles
  • Collaborate with business leaders and Digital teams to identify opportunities, select market tools, and translate operational needs into technology roadmaps
  • Create target architectures and transformation roadmaps focusing on application simplification and cost optimization
  • Evaluate digital initiatives and candidate solutions for architectural fit, scalability, and integration compatibility
  • Monitor market trends (especially in Cloud and AI) and initiate proof-of-concepts that deliver clear business value
  • Guide project teams through architectural decision-making across the entire initiative lifecycle

Requirements

  • Highly autonomous mindset and full ownership of topics
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy engaging stakeholders and leading workshops
  • Strong ability to understand business processes deeply
  • Ability to evaluate third-party tools (SaaS/COTS) that match organizational goals and technical capabilities
  • 5–8+ years of IT experience, with significant time spent in architecture, solution design, or application management closely aligned with business domains
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS) and modern cloud-based application ecosystems
  • Knowledge of standard architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent)
  • Experience with digital process automation, data-driven applications, and identifying practical AI use cases
  • Fluent in English with strong skills in managing stakeholders across international or matrixed environments
