Join to develop data capabilities that enable data-driven decisions using classical and advanced machine learning technologies. The role includes individual contributions and managing/coordinating a team of Data Scientists to deliver business solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Science team, coaching and supporting development to establish a well-balanced internal and external resource team
• Build analytical capabilities through individual contributions and coaching within a Product-Based Organization
• Ensure effective allocation of resources for prioritized analytics projects adhering to agile principles
• Manage budgeting, governance, and processes effectively
• Stay updated with industry standards; integrate new technologies, algorithms, and frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science with a proven record of leading Data Science teams
• Proficiency with AWS stack, LLMs, and agentic frameworks such as LangChain
• Experience in MLOps, specifically in deploying and maintaining production models; AWS SageMaker knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance issues
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and hypothesis-driven approaches
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong presentation skills
