You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern backend applications based on Java.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Java backend applications

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Java developer
• Very good knowledge of Java 8 or newer
• Practical experience with JPA or ORM libraries (e.g., Hibernate)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL or Oracle)
• Knowledge of build tools: Maven or Gradle
• Practical knowledge of REST API technologies
• Very good knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Experience with unit testing libraries (e.g., JUnit)
• Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience working with Docker containers
• Knowledge of task management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Ability to work in a team and good work organization
• Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Preferred: experience with public administration projects or high-availability systems
• Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD tools
• Preferred: technology competency certificates
