Description

Leverage and adapt existing architectural domains to meet business needs for B2B platforms. Reduce complexity, maximize reusability, and ensure B2B solutions integrate seamlessly with established .com, mobile, and backend systems. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve B2B solutions by leveraging existing architecture domains (Web, Mobile, Cross-Platform)
  • Ensure scalable, reusable, and maintainable solutions integrated with web, mobile, backend, and external partner systems
  • Design integrations with platforms such as Concur TripLink, SAP, and other B2B travel management systems
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Drive architectural best practices, technical consistency, and reuse across B2B and B2C platforms
  • Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect
  • Experience in both frontend and backend software development with a solid understanding of complex, microservice-based architectures in legacy environments
  • Hands-on knowledge of Java and Spring (or comparable frameworks) and JavaScript with React or cross-platform
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agentic Architecture and AI automatization
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and message brokers such as Kafka
  • Ability to create architectural artifacts, including diagrams and technical documentation
  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Self-driven, proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
  • Collaborative approach and openness to innovation and continuous learning
  • Good command of spoken and written English (C1)
  • Willingness to work from the Gdańsk office twice a week
