Description

Act as a strategic leader and subject matter expert guiding organizations through their AI and hyperautomation journey. Define enterprise-wide strategies, lead large-scale engagements, and influence executive stakeholders to implement transformative automation solutions that improve business efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders; shape technology and AI-driven automation strategies

• Define enterprise-wide IA strategies integrating RPA, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Smart Workflows, and Cognitive Analytics

• Develop business cases and measurable outcomes (KPIs, ROI) for automation programs

• Stay current on emerging trends in AI, Generative AI, and automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Platform)

• Manage successful delivery of complex IA programs; ensure on-time and on-budget execution

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams for technical soundness, scalability, and alignment with client objectives

• Lead process assessment and re-engineering to identify high-impact automation opportunities

• Establish governance and risk management frameworks for quality and compliance

• Drive pre-sales: proposals, client presentations, and statement of work definitions

• Build and expand client relationships to identify new Intelligent Automation opportunities

• Contribute to practice development: best practices, accelerators, and thought leadership materials

Requirements

• 7–8+ years in technology consulting, including 3–4+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA and AI/ML transformation programs

• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional or distributed teams and diverse stakeholders

• Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies

  • RPA/BPM platforms with hands-on exposure (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Camunda, Appian)

  • AI/Cognitive: working knowledge of Agentic Orchestration, ML, NLP, or Computer Vision concepts for business automation use cases

  • Cloud familiarity with at least one provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong consulting toolkit: strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling, executive workshop facilitation

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to influence C-level stakeholders

• Familiarity with process improvement methods and delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

• RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or AI-related certifications

• Experience in regulated industries or large-scale digital transformation programs
