Consulting Manager - Intelligent Automation

We’re looking for a Consulting Manager – Intelligent Automation to drive the delivery and expansion of Intelligent Automation consulting services across global clients.

In this role, you will act as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, guiding organizations through their AI and hyperautomation journey. You will define enterprise-wide strategies, lead large-scale engagements and influence executive stakeholders to improve business efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer experience through transformative automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders, shaping technology and AI-driven automation strategies.
• Define enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation strategies integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Smart Workflows and Cognitive Analytics.
• Develop business cases and establish measurable outcomes, including KPIs and ROI, for automation programs.
• Stay current on emerging trends in AI, Generative AI and automation platforms, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and Power Platform.
• Manage delivery of complex Intelligent Automation programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams to ensure technical soundness, scalability and alignment with client objectives.
• Lead process assessment and re-engineering to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Establish governance and risk-management frameworks to ensure quality and compliance.
• Drive pre-sales efforts, including proposals, client presentations and statements of work.
• Build and expand client relationships to identify new Intelligent Automation service opportunities.
• Contribute to practice development through best practices, accelerators and thought-leadership materials.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technology consulting, including 5+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA and AI/ML transformation programs.
• Proven leadership experience at Manager, Senior Manager or equivalent level, managing global teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Deep technical understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies:
  • RPA/BPM platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Camunda or Appian.
  • AI/cognitive: Agentic Orchestration, ML, NLP and Computer Vision for business automation use cases.
  • Cloud: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong consulting toolkit: strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling and executive workshop facilitation.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with process-improvement methods and delivery methodologies, including Agile and SDLC.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.

Nice to have

• RPA certifications in UiPath or Automation Anywhere, or certifications in AI-related technologies.
• Experience with Intelligent Automation in regulated industries or large-scale digital transformation programs.
