Role: AI Consultant (Full-time / Outsource). Location: Darmstadt with possibility of remote work. Duration: September 2026 to December 2026. Main goal: design an AI framework and toolset, and practically automate commercial, technical, and process operations.

Description

As an AI Consultant, you will design and document an AI framework and an AI toolset, build an AI knowledge base leveraging LLMs, and implement AI-driven automation to support sales and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and document the AI framework and AI toolset (AI toolset).
• Build an AI-based knowledge base and solutions using LLM models.
• Design and implement AI automations for sales support (deal support), commercial processes, process validation, and technical operations.
• Support preparation of business offers, pricing, and calculations.
• Support commercial forecasting.
• Create and update SDE documentation.
• Validate changes in processes and support incident handling.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience.
• More than 2 years of experience directly related to AI and process automation.
• Ability to work independently in a medium-complexity environment.
• Very good, practical know-how in AI and in automating business and technical processes.
• Very good German and English skills (fluent communication required in both languages).
• Preferred: experience automating bid/offer processes and deal support.
• Preferred: practical knowledge of RAG architecture, LLM deployments, and modern AI Engineering tools.
