Description

Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead role focused on supporting a software team in defining and delivering technical tasks, developing backend architecture, and implementing and evolving system functionalities for the project.

Responsibilities

  • Support the programming team in defining and implementing technical tasks
  • Analyze, verify, and plan the development of technologies used in the project
  • Implement technological solutions in project teams via trainings, mentoring, and expert support
  • Develop the backend architecture of the system
  • Design, implement, and develop system functionalities
  • Create and evolve tests to ensure solution quality and reliability
  • Collaborate with project teams to achieve technology and business goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of programming experience in Java (Java 8+)
  • Minimum 3 years of programming experience with Java 17+
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead in a backend programming team working in Java
  • Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, Spring Boot, relational databases, and ORM technologies (in particular Hibernate)
  • Practical knowledge of GitLab and Maven
  • Ability to create unit and integration tests with JUnit and Mockito
  • Knowledge of platforms, APIs, and integration channels used by energy operators (in particular Unicorn solutions: ECP/EDX)
  • Knowledge of design patterns
  • Responsibility and timeliness in delivering assigned tasks
  • Independence and effective organization of work
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
  • Highly developed communication skills
