Role: AI Engineer (AI-assisted software engineering tools and working environment)

Description

Project focused on developing tools and a work environment for software engineers using AI agents and language models. Includes coaching and mentoring, building integrations and CLI tooling based on Model Context Protocol (MCP), exploring new agent AI use cases, and creating LLM evaluation mechanisms and test harnesses. Also includes preparing training materials and technical documentation for end users.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring engineers in AI-assisted development best practices and building effective workflows with AI.
• Create and maintain integrations based on Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI-driven skills, and CLI tools.
• Explore new applications and use cases for AI agents in engineers’ daily work.
• Collaborate on defining standards for AI-assisted software engineering in the client organization.
• Design and develop language model evaluation mechanisms and test harnesses.
• Create training materials and technical documentation for end users.

Requirements

• Daily advanced practical experience with AI assistants and language models (LLMs) in the context of software development.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture patterns, data structures, and tools Git plus CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and/or Python confirmed by hands-on developer experience.
• Practical experience building and using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI-driven skills.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Nice to have: knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Nice to have: experience in aerospace or other highly regulated environments.
• Nice to have: knowledge of French or German.
