Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect (Microsoft Business Applications practice)

Description

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations. You will own architecture assessments and define solution roadmaps, design application, integration, security, and data architecture aligned with enterprise standards, and create AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent-based technologies. You will collaborate with globally distributed teams and enterprise clients to support digital transformation and align solutions with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations
• Lead discovery workshops, conduct architecture assessments, and define solution roadmaps
• Establish application, integration, security, and data architecture aligned with enterprise standards
• Design AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent-based technologies
• Ensure architecture governance and compliance with technical best practices
• Support pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and solution demonstrations
• Collaborate with business sponsors and executive stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals
• Mentor engineering and consulting teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability growth

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven track record in solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong knowledge of Azure integration and security concepts
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in English for business and technical interactions

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI for analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities
• Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing
