Description

Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations. Lead discovery workshops, perform architecture assessments, and define solution roadmaps; establish application, integration, security, and data architecture aligned with enterprise standards. Design AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent-based technologies; ensure architecture governance and compliance with technical best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations
• Lead discovery workshops, conduct architecture assessments, and define solution roadmaps
• Establish application, integration, security, and data architecture aligned with enterprise standards
• Design AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent-based technologies
• Ensure architecture governance and compliance with technical best practices
• Support pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and solution demonstrations
• Collaborate with business sponsors and executive stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals
• Mentor engineering and consulting teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability growth

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven track record in solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong knowledge of Azure integration and security concepts
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in English for business and technical interactions

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI for analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities
• Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing
