Project Manager Data & Analytics (SAP BW)

The Project Manager Data & Analytics is part of the IT and Digital Solutions team supporting the global business. The role frames and executes the analytics roadmap with key business stakeholders and partners with IT Applications, IT Infrastructure, Dover Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations.

Your responsibilities

• Drive and execute analytics projects (SAP BW, Microsoft Power BI).
• Clarify functional requirements with the business.
• Deliver required developments in analytics solutions (BW, Fabric/Power BI).
• Ensure availability of analytics solutions through support and evolution activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget without affecting system availability.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the global analytics architecture.
• Work closely with team members, other departments, third-party companies, and shared services to achieve an optimal service level.
• Deliver proper documentation.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience in a substantial Data & Analytics role.
• Experience managing and delivering Data & Analytics projects and evolutions.
• SAP BW knowledge is mandatory; Microsoft Power BI knowledge is a strong plus.
• HANA database knowledge and Microsoft Fabric experience are a plus.
• Knowledge of and experience with international and matrix organizations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with the business, translating business needs into IT requirements.
• Understanding of current and emerging technologies and supporting best practices.
• Hands-on, independent, and autonomous approach; ability to identify procedural issues and propose solutions.
• Fluent English.

The role is ideally offered in a hybrid arrangement in Barcelona, Spain, or Warsaw (Kajetany), Poland, with 100% remote work available in Spain or Poland.
