WMS Project Manager

Role Summary

The WMS Project Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring the implementation and continuous optimization of operations. The role requires strong WMS experience and a balance of technical and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver results on time.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects related to WMS.
• Maintain ongoing communication with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Maintain detailed documentation of WMS functionalities and results.
• Monitor performance and propose continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with technical teams during project implementation.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features.

Necessary Requirements

• Experience with WMS systems.
• Knowledge of databases, such as SQL.
• Requirements management skills.
• Backlog management experience.
• Proactivity in monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Experience participating in testing and feature validation.
• Fluent English.

Desirable Complements

• Previous experience in logistics environments.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

Other Details

The position requires flexibility to travel within Portugal and to the National Distribution Center. The work model is hybrid, with three days per week at headquarters.
