JavaScript Developer

We are looking for a JavaScript / TypeScript Developer who is passionate about building modern web applications and solving complex technical challenges. The role offers the opportunity to influence products used by global customers and work beyond the boundaries of a single framework.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript and React.
• Build reusable, scalable and maintainable frontend components and application modules.
• Develop business logic that goes beyond the UI layer and contributes to the core functionality of the product.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and real-time services such as WebSockets.
• Maintain and improve existing solutions through debugging, refactoring and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA and other development teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Communicate daily in English with colleagues across international teams.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of commercial experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML and CSS/SCSS.
• Strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts and the ability to work confidently outside of framework-specific solutions.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and/or WebSocket-based services.
• Experience with state-management solutions such as Redux.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with Git and unit testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Availability to work from the Łódź office at least one day per week.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and data-driven applications.
• Experience with modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of application performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
