Observability Engineer

We are supporting our client from the banking industry in finding an Observability Engineer to join a small, specialized Telemetry team. The team builds and maintains observability platforms and data flows within the Technology Services unit, enabling end users to access high-quality Grafana and PowerBI dashboards.

Contract: until 31 December 2027, with potential extension
Rate: 140 PLN/h
Language: English B2

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in team planning, propose improvements, and bring new ideas.
• Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders across the organization.
• Implement observability components and resolve technical issues in your area.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and data flows.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in core observability pillars: metrics, logs, and traces.
• Data visualization.
• Prometheus, InfluxDB, and AppDynamics.
• Infrastructure as Code.
• Grafana and Grafana Alerting.
• Git and Bitbucket.
• JSON.
• Bash or Python scripting skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Background in application development or engineering.
