DevOps Engineer AI Services

Your mission

Build and operate AI-powered applications that enable intelligent customer service experiences at scale. As part of the AI Platform Services team, take ownership of the reliable operation, scalability, and continuous evolution of the AI infrastructure landscape. Work with modern cloud-native technologies and AI-driven automation to ensure applications, services, and Kubernetes environments meet high standards for reliability, security, and operational excellence, enabling development teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions with speed and confidence.

In this position

• Own the reliable day-to-day operation of platform infrastructure services within the AI Business Unit.
• Drive automation across operational workflows, using modern tooling and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Support and contribute to the migration of internal applications from Nomad to Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to continuously improve Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and support core technologies such as Qdrant, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Dify, Langfuse, Kubeblocks, and the Cnpg.io Postgres Operator.
• Build and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational observability standards.
• Enable development teams to design, ship, and operate production-grade Kubernetes-ready services.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across the AI landscape.

Your skills

• Pragmatic problem-solver with a strong focus on reliability, quality, security, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience operating databases and cloud-native services.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong automation mindset and a zero-downtime approach.
• Curiosity and motivation to deeply understand the operational behavior of modern AI technologies.
• Fluent English.
