  • Ensure high platform adoption and measurable business value.
  • Act as the technical lead in complex enterprise environments.
  • Challenge customers’ existing operating model and help mature their DEX capabilities.
  • Work closely with Sales and Consulting teams in pre-sales and customer-expansion activities.

Key Requirements

The candidate must have deep, hands-on experience with:

  • Nexthink core platform, with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience.
  • Nexthink Experience / Infinity Platform.
  • End User Computing (EUC) environments.
  • Large-scale enterprise deployments with 10,000+ endpoints.
  • Data collection, instrumentation, and event modeling.
  • ITSM integrations, such as ServiceNow.

Additional requirements:

  • Experience operating at architecture, implementation, and advisory level, with proven delivery of enterprise-scale Nexthink programs.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Digital Employee Experience (DEX), or IT Operations.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops and discussions with IT leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven experience defining and executing Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategies within enterprise organizations.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience from a consulting organization, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or software vendor is highly preferred.
