About the Client

Our client is a global pharmaceutical organization delivering advanced technology solutions to support laboratory environments and data management. You will be working within a complex, highly regulated ecosystem of interconnected systems, where reliability, compliance, and scalability are critical.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready architecture solutions.
  • Define and maintain architecture across the full product lifecycle.
  • Create end-to-end solution designs and manage complex integrations and data flows.
  • Translate business and scientific requirements into technical solutions and actionable backlogs.
  • Design middleware layers and solutions leveraging data lake technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, data privacy, and security standards (compliance-by-design).
  • Define and govern non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, availability, and security.
  • Establish architectural standards and patterns, and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
  • Own and evolve the architecture roadmap and proactively manage technical debt.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and external vendors.
  • Contribute to architecture governance and enterprise alignment.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
  • Experience designing solutions in complex, multi-system environments.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data flow management.
  • Experience in conceptual and logical data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience defining non-functional requirements and architectural patterns.
  • Understanding of GxP-regulated environments and Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.
  • Experience working with technology roadmaps and vendor evaluations.
  • Experience creating and maintaining architectural documentation, including ADRs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and architectural excellence.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
