AI Adoption Lead (f/m/x)

We are looking for an AI Adoption Lead to join a project focused on AI transformation and IT efficiency. You will implement AI tools and solutions within IT development teams, enhance productivity, and optimize processes through Agentic SDLC practices. The role offers a hybrid work model, with one day per week required in the office.

Your tasks

• Implement AI tools and solutions within IT development teams, ensuring seamless integration and configuration in team environments
• Design and build AI workflows, usage standards, and technical documentation to support AI implementations
• Provide hands-on engineering support to teams working with deployed AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions
• Conduct technical workshops and sessions to facilitate the adoption of AI practices within teams
• Diagnose differences in tool usage across teams based on data and standardize practices and standards across the organization
• Build team autonomy in maintaining and developing implemented solutions, including selecting AI practices and tools for specific roles and tasks
• Create technical documentation, standards, playbooks, and knowledge-base content for implemented solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a software development environment as a developer, analyst, tester, DevOps, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or related role
• Practical experience implementing AI tools or solutions within IT teams, including rollout, configuration, and integration into the development process
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and the realities of working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools supporting IT work, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or M365 Copilot
• Experience with Agentic SDLC, including prompt engineering, Spec Driven Development, and designing and building AI workflows and agents
• Ability to identify development-team needs and translate them into specific AI solution implementations
• Experience transferring knowledge to teams through collaborative work on real tasks, including joint environment configuration and workflow building
• Fluent Polish

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience implementing new development tools in a large organization
• Familiarity with safe and responsible AI usage in a regulated organization
• Experience with agent frameworks, such as LangGraph, or the Modular Component Protocol (MCP)
