Senior Service Delivery Manager

Take ownership of client relationships, delivery performance and team success.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to join the Global Managed Services team. This is a permanent internal position, not a freelance assignment or temporary placement.

Your initial focus will be a key client in Malmö, where you will act as the primary delivery contact and work closely with client stakeholders and the delivery team. You will ensure strong governance, aligned expectations, early risk management and consistently high-quality delivery.

The role is primarily client-facing and requires an on-site presence in Malmö several days per week. You will also work remotely and collaborate regularly with colleagues at the Copenhagen headquarters.

Your responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day client relationship and act as the primary delivery contact.
• Lead service reviews, governance meetings and operational follow-up.
• Monitor delivery performance, service levels, risks, agreed actions, team health and client satisfaction.
• Build a strong understanding of the client's priorities and translate them into clear delivery direction.
• Lead and support consultants through regular one-to-ones, feedback, coaching and performance follow-up.
• Support onboarding, role changes, offboarding and recruitment interviews.
• Prepare clear client and internal reporting and maintain oversight of budgets, forecasts, utilisation, margins and invoicing inputs.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, strengthen client value and develop existing engagements.
• Contribute to transitions, tenders, proposals and pre-sales activities.
• Improve delivery processes, governance, reporting and ways of working across teams and markets.

Key Requirements

• Solid senior-level experience in service delivery management, IT project delivery, Managed Teams or Managed Services.
• A proven ability to manage client relationships and distributed delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence engaging, influencing and challenging at all levels.
• Experience with people leadership, delivery governance, risk management and financial follow-up.
• A technical background in application development and software testing that enables credible dialogue with technical teams and clients.
• A good understanding of agile delivery methods and relevant collaboration and delivery tools.
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to work on-site in Malmö several days per week and travel occasionally within the Nordics.
