Program Integration Lead

Description

The Program Integration Lead serves as the technical and functional orchestrator across Vietnam programs, ensuring systems work cohesively to support a successful factory go-live. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of integration architecture and system interoperability, along with strong communication skills to translate technical issues into business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead integration efforts across systems to optimize functionality and compliance.
  • Define and lead the integration strategy across ERP, MES, Planning, Data, Infrastructure, and Compliance systems.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across business units, technical teams, and vendors for end-to-end interoperability.
  • Manage interdependencies, integration risks, and technical issue resolution.
  • Establish integration governance and compliance standards.
  • Oversee system-to-system integrations and validate performance.
  • Ensure master data consistency across systems.
  • Support IT infrastructure readiness for operational integration.

Key Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead complex multi-system integration programs.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP DMC, O9, and enterprise compliance systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, middleware, ETL pipelines, and event-driven architecture.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills across business units.
  • Exemplary communication skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
  • Experience managing vendors and integration projects within budget and timeline.
  • Knowledge of secure, high-performing integration practices.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in large-scale greenfield factory IT deployments.
  • PMP, Prince2, or TOGAF certification.
  • Strong leadership in multi-cultural environments.

  • Workload: Time and material.
  • Occasional travel to Vietnam.
