Cyber Business Analyst

The Cyber BA IAM role focuses on facilitating cybersecurity solutions, specifically in Identity and Access Management (IAM) using CyberArk technology. This position bridges the technical and business aspects of IAM projects, supports compliance with regulatory standards, and improves stakeholder communication.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and compile formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.
• Engage throughout the project development lifecycle.
• Formulate and present proposed solutions to business users.
• Formulate testing approaches, compile test plans, and execute system and integration testing.
• Support business users with user acceptance testing and present test results.
• Complete project/work-stream status reports and escalate issues to management.
• Support Project Managers and business partners; advise on technology solutions.
• Use analytical skills for issue resolution and evidence-based findings.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and management.
• Own risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
• Provide MI/KPIs for the BA pillar.
• Lead by example in adhering to company values and policies.
• Foster collaboration across teams and enhance best practices.

Key Requirements

• Experience in identity and access management within a financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution.
• Technical proficiency in SQL queries and advanced Excel.
• Degree educated and/or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks regarding access management, such as EBA-ICT and FFIEC.
