Senior AI Full Stack Developer

We need candidates who have experience creating AI, not just using AI.

We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing team focused on Wholesale Credit & Lending Technology. This role involves returning to the office 5–6 times per month in Cracow and will contribute to a significant multi-year transformation programme aimed at enhancing core credit and lending technology platforms.

The focus will be on modernizing data governance and architecture principles while improving model quality and traceability. The successful candidate will play a key role in uplifting wholesale credit and lending models aligned with global operations.

What we offer

• Rate: 180–200 PLN/hour + VAT
• Hybrid role: 5–6 flexible days per month in Cracow
• Long-term B2B contract

Main Responsibilities

• Enhance and transform credit and lending technology platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality and governance.
• Review code with precision and efficiency.
• Support data sourcing and transformation processes across various systems.
• Participate in the modernization and decommissioning of legacy systems.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong database experience, particularly with PostgreSQL.
• Progressive engineering mindset and knowledge of modern development practices.
• Strong code review skills.
• Attention to detail with a pragmatic engineering approach.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Claude AI tooling.
• Experience with Quantexa.
