Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, ensuring compliance with standards, timely completion, and high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders in strategic account environments.
• Oversee project management processes, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress reporting.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and invoicing coordination.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track and control project scope and manage change requests, ensuring impacts on timelines and budget are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
• Communicate effectively across multicultural and distributed EMEA teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned within project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with technical delivery teams and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including GDPR.
• Maintain clear project documentation for knowledge transfer and audit purposes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and take accountability for project outcomes.

Requirements

• Some project management experience, up to 2 years
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment across multiple customers and tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Organized and self-motivated approach
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of Simphony; programming is not part of the role
• French language skills
