Senior Android Developer

Salary: up to 170 PLN/h on a B2B contract

About the Role

Join a long-term, fully remote project focused on building and scaling high-impact mobile applications used by millions of users across Europe. Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, testable, and maintainable Android applications.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features.
• Refactor and improve existing code to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture, processes, and implementation details.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Android development using Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on experience with modern mobile architectures, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional agile team.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and version control systems such as Git.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, including Material Design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on scalable applications with large user bases.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and mobile application scaling.
