👉 Senior BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI on top of Databricks-based data
• Designing and implementing semantic and presentation layers for analytics
• Translating business requirements into data models and visualizations
• Ensuring consistency, usability, and performance of dashboards
• Working closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and stakeholders
• Optimizing queries and data models for reporting performance
• Supporting business users in understanding and using the data

Your profile

• Proven experience as a BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Visualization Engineer
• Strong experience with Power BI
• Experience working with Databricks or similar data platforms
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience building end-to-end dashboards for business users
• Experience working with Azure-based data environments
• Experience designing semantic models, for example tabular models
• Experience working with data from enterprise systems, for example CRM
• Understanding of data modelling concepts for analytics
• Ability to translate business requirements into dashboards and metrics
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants, e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Nice to have

• Experience with performance optimization of Power BI reports
• Basic Python knowledge for data exploration
• Familiarity with data governance and access control in BI tools
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
• Exposure to the energy or utilities domain
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices, e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development, with willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches
