Description

For a financial-sector client, we are looking for an Application Administrator / Integrator responsible for the maintenance, integration, and stability of applications and environments supporting the Customer Platform area.

You will diagnose and resolve application, integration, and infrastructure issues, monitor environments, and develop CI/CD and automation processes. You will collaborate with development and testing teams, architects, vendors, and other technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and integrate banking systems in containerized and Unix environments.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of applications and platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve application, infrastructure, network, and integration issues.
• Participate in transformation, automation, and cloud-migration projects.
• Develop CI/CD processes using GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Elastic.
• Monitor environments and create dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Collaborate with technology teams and external vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Experience Required

Key Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Systems Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in complex IT environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux (RHEL or AIX).
• Knowledge of automation, CI/CD, and RoD tools.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms and AWS services.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Ability to use AI-based tools to automate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of networking, IT security, and security configuration.
• Knowledge of database connectivity and application performance.
• Experience working in banking environments or systems with high availability and security requirements.
