Test Security/Penetration Test Engineer

Work regime: Full time, with 4 days per week in the Bucharest office and 1 remote day. Contract duration: at least 6 months.

About the Role

Test Security/Penetration Test Engineer consultant required with a strong background in information security services and penetration testing. The individual should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience and relevant industry certifications, such as GPEN, GWAPT, CEH, GSNA, CPT, CEPT, GWEB, CSSLP, OSCP, or CREST.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability identification.
• Perform ethical hacking activities and code security reviews.
• Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders.
• Test web, mobile, and thick-client applications for security vulnerabilities.
• Develop scripts and tools to enhance security assessments.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT security.
• Strong proficiency in penetration testing and ethical hacking.
• Experience in application security assessment.
• Proficiency in vulnerability assessment and exploitation.
• Skills in offensive and defensive security.
• Professional English language skills.

Nice to Have

• Additional relevant certifications, such as CSSLP or GSNA.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
