Senior Backend Python Developer

About the role

We're looking for a Backend Python Developer (AI Incubator) to design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure of ComOps GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver working software in a good style, refine business requirements, and discuss design alternatives.
• Engage in spikes and implement high-quality, maintainable code.
• Fix production issues, contribute to long-term backend architecture, and build a reusable components library shared across projects.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Frontend colleagues to ensure end-to-end working software.
• Collaborate with QA colleagues to ensure the long-term quality of solutions.

Requirements

• Python, Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, LLM, APIs.
• Analytical mindset, with curiosity for both details and architectures.
• Team player, eager to learn, exchange ideas, and contribute to team goals.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, at least B2/C1.
