We are looking for an experienced RPA Specialist to join an international project focused on Automation, Hyperautomation, AI-driven workflows, and Agentification initiatives.

Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the operation, stability, support, and continuous evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions.
• Monitor automation executions, logs, incidents, and production environments.
• Analyze existing automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational stability.
• Support and optimize automation processes within the Automation CoE.
• Design and implement new automation flows together with business teams.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives focused on Agentification and AI-driven automation.
• Ensure governance, compliance, scalability, and quality of automation agents in production.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a similar field.
• Certifications are considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, organization, and a proactive mindset.
