ICB Tool Design Consultant / ICB Finance Consultant

General Background

The role supports the EOS project and the development of the ICB Tool, a dedicated finance tool used to manage settlements between internal entities and companies within the organization. The tool supports settlements for services, goods and other internal transactions, including cases where entities are not connected through the same IT systems.

The role is similar to an SAP Finance Consultant position, with a focus on developing and implementing a new dedicated finance tool.

Scope of the Role

• Support the preparation and build of the ICB Tool from scratch
• Analyze and clarify finance-related requirements
• Test new requirements and changes in the tool
• Coordinate the solution with the global S/4HANA and Central Finance template
• Agree how intercompany and internal transactions should be posted from a finance perspective
• Cooperate with finance, SAP, IT and business teams
• Support process preparation, test scenarios and solution acceptance

Key Competencies

• Strong finance background in ERP or SAP
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or Central Finance
• Understanding of intercompany and intracompany processes
• Good understanding of finance postings and settlements between internal entities
• Experience in requirements analysis, testing and implementation of finance solutions
• Ability to work across finance business, SAP and dedicated IT tools
