Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Application) to support IT projects by identifying business needs, gathering and analysing requirements, and working closely with business and IT teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into well-defined IT solutions and requires a strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Strong interviewing, workshop facilitation and business requirements elicitation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new business and technical areas
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Good knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Practical knowledge of business requirements elicitation and analysis, business environment and process modelling, and software engineering
• Project experience as a Business Analyst in solutions dedicated to mass-market customers / citizens
• Ability to present analysis results and recommendations to different stakeholder groups
• Experience with Enterprise Architect, JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in Polish, enabling fluent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT projects as a Business Analyst
• Identify and define business problems and needs
• Elicit, analyse and validate business requirements and prepare business solution recommendations
• Create specifications of functional and non-functional requirements and ensure their quality and consistency
• Document existing business processes, propose improvements and design new processes using BPMN
• Propose and consult on business solutions with clients and implementation teams
• Perform business analysis activities throughout the design, development and testing phases of IT systems
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients
• Cooperate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and other project participants
