AI Engineer - ChatGPT Enterprise

Summary

The AI Engineer role drives the adoption of generative AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, throughout the organization to enhance operational effectiveness and innovation. The position supports the integration of digital solutions into the transformation strategy.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, enabling business teams to derive maximum value from AI solutions across a wide range of use cases.
• Collaborate with technical, business, and corporate stakeholders to identify opportunities, requirements, and success criteria for effective generative AI adoption.
• Plan, create, and deliver engaging training sessions, demonstrations, and educational resources; serve as a go-to expert who empowers employees in the practical use of generative AI technologies.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve comprehensive documentation, best-practice guides, and support materials to ensure consistent and responsible use of generative AI tools.
• Explore emerging generative AI tools and advancements, evaluate their potential, and pilot innovative use cases that support digital transformation.
• Foster collaboration by sharing insights, discoveries, and methodologies that accelerate learning and cross-functional integration of AI solutions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Communications, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Proven 2+ years of experience working with large language models, such as ChatGPT, or similar generative AI tools.
• Experience designing instructional content, technical writing, or conducting workshops.
• Experience working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering in Python environments.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the AI domain, particularly with ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Demonstrated ability in training, education, or instructional design.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and compliance.
