Senior AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join the team and lead the development of advanced AI solutions that solve real business problems. In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and cloud engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Harden coordinators, critic agents, and guardrails.
• Define chunking strategy and the chunk-metadata contract.
• Implement attribute-filter injection that enforces entitlement at retrieval.
• Build hybrid routing across vector, graph, and SQL paths.

Must-haves

• Production RAG at scale with an evaluation harness and regression gating.
• Graph RAG, including entity and relationship extraction, graph construction, and graph-aware retrieval.
• Deep Python experience, including async programming, typing, packaging, and test discipline.
• GCP Vertex AI and Agent Engine; ADK or an equivalent framework with A2A, OpenAPI, or MCP experience.
• Snowflake Cortex Search and Cortex Analyst, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Retrieval evaluation, including golden sets, LLM-as-judge, hallucination rate, and attribution.
• Terraform and SDLC literacy.
